When i started losing weight i could stand on the scales and every day see them go down maybe only by 0.2lb but they went down. Now that i have lost 50lbs i can stay the same weight all week or more and then suddenly i wake up and i am say 1.5 to 2lbs lighter. I am not complaining just wondering if there is a reason behind it and if anyone else weight does the same.

This happens to me too. Some days I can be the same weight every day then boom suddenly I am 2lbs lighter. When I first started (for like the first 2-3 months) like you I had a gradual steady loss each day.
Not sure why it does it but so long as it keeps going down I dont care haha!0 -
normal weight flucuations...
I weigh weekly...
If I were to get on the scale today I would be a lot heavier than I really am as I was lifting last night therefore my muscles are full of water/glycogen...I will weigh on Friday since I will just go for a walk today...nothing serious...or Sunday since i have 2 rest days in there.
It all depends on what you ate and did the day before.0 -
It's completely normal. My body does the same thing all the time.
