Not overweight, but want to lose this cellulite!

I'm an average weight for my body, but 90% of my weight goes to my lower section. I wouldn't mind it so much in the summer if I didnt have cellulite on my legs and butt. Currently I am jogging 4 days a week for 20-30 mins and the days I don't I do squats and legs lifts for 15 minutes. I have a prolem that when I get up in the morning until I go to bed at night I feel like I have no energy so it's hard for me to go harder and longer because I feel llike I'm already pushing myself. What can I do to get rid of this before June or at least see an improvement?
