Heart Healthy Pancakes
1/2 cup Heart Healthy Bisquick
2 Large Egg whites
1/2 individual container of Mott's Natural Applesauce
Mix together and make pancakes. You can even mix it up in the evening and store in the fridge for the morning. I also add a little vanilla extract sometimes for a little flavor.
It's entered into MFP for nutritional information. Easy!0 -

Make a "pudding" that is similar to tapioca using 1.5 cups of whatever milk you like, 1/3 cup of chia seeds, and a sweetener (my favorite is vanilla stevia, takes about 30 drops). Mix it all together then put it in the fridge, takes about an hour or so for the chia seeds to absorb the milk and become thick. Need to to stir it every now and then to avoid clumps. Serves 4.
It's amazing, and it's my favorite new dessert. I make it with 2% milk, and it's 126 calories per serving with 7 grams of protein.0 -
Any flavor cake mix and 1 can of pumpkin (chocolate and spice cake are the best IMHO)
Mix and bake. Makes awesome muffins which you can eat plain or top with whipped cream, nutella, frosting, or whatever your heart desires.
FYI - I recommend sifting the clumps of cake mix with your hands. It will mix better.0 -
