High Protein, Low Cal Foods

I'm trying to increase my protein intake, without drastically increasing my calorie intake.
Does anyone have suggestions for combinations to try or products to look into? :)

    Egg whites.

    Egg whites and Quinoa (Quinoa is a little high on the calories)
  • Try using egg product instead of regular eggs. I personally am not a huge egg fan, but I think egg product tastes better to me. 1/3 cup is only 30 calories with 6 grams of protein.

    I don't think egg whites are not appetizing at all! To each their own.

    I also add Impure no-carb protein powder when I make sugar-free pudding for a snack. Chocolate hides the taste.
  • grilled chicken breast, protein shake, protein bar (look for low sugar), egg whites, fish
  • The EAS AdvantEDGE protein shakes are very good and have 17g of protein, only 110 calories.
  • Thanks everyone! I went out shopping today and returned with whey protein shake mix, pure protein bars, egg whites, and roasted edamame. Sounds like I'm on the right track... I just feel a little lost with all of these foreign foods!
