12 Week Shape-up - Kicking up the last 4 weeks

I have been in a 12 week shape-up program at my gym and am coming down to the last 4 weeks. There will be a winner at the end based on more than just weight loss (Trainer challenges, mental outlook, dedication, etc.). I have been doing well with my workouts and eating until this past week. So far I had met my weight loss goal ahead of schedule (until I picked up 2 lbs this week) but my fat % has still not reduced to where it needs to be and I still have a jiggly mid-section. I workout 4 days a week for 45 - 60 minutes at the gym doing various things each visit (boot camp, spinn class, personal weight training and weight training on my own). I would like to kick it up a notch for the final 4 weeks. One of the trainers is also doing a 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge but I have not been able to get on board for that (will power). Any advise on getting focused on more exercise or eating better to meet my fat% reduction of 5% would be welcomed. I toned up 2 yrs ago doing strictly weight training and this time around I am doing more cardio. I'm thinking I need to go back to more weight training. I am female, 5'7", 166 lbs and 51 yrs old. My goal weight is 160-164 and to reduce my waist inches by 4". Thank you.
