CUTTING TO 145lbs!

Wish me luck as I try and cut down to 145lbs. This will put me down around 7% body fat! Going to be a tough month to drop 15lbs but I'm ready! My profile picture was taken today it is where I am at now!

    A) will show lots of definition
    B) will increase speed and agility and endurance

    A) Yes it will. We'll be able to see your spleen, among other things, none of which we want to see.
    B) I wouldn't be so sure. You're venturing into unhealthy territory. Expecting increased athletic ability is probably misguided.

    BTW, 145 lbs is also my target. I'm 5'9". I may stop somewhere around 150 though, depending on how that turns out.
  • It's not misguided if you are retaining/gaining more muscle and turning that power into performance. Something that weighs less will be faster and go further theoretically
