Exercising, healthy eating, and our daily life routines are not one size fits all. Whether we work full time, go to school, have children to take care of, and whether we want to tone up, lose some inches, shed some pounds, feel better mentally and emotionally, or if the gentlemen out there would like to put some extra muscle......just REMEMBER whatever our situation and our goal may be......

We always need a little "ALL ABOUT ME TIME" no matter how busy and stressful our lives can be like. With that said...

In this Challenge you will:

-CHOOSE A PROGRAM> you choose a program that would best benefit you for your needs, goals, as well as your abilities. Some programs have a beginner component to them so you feel confident doing your workout.

-LEARN how to live a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE and ditch the QUICK FIXES!

-Receive daily ACCOUNTABILITY, filled with helpful tips as well as access to me and the other challenge group members to help support you along the way.

-Receive guidance with your nutrition!

-RESULTS! -Leave the 30 days feeling accomplished, educated, and better than ever before!
