Have you ever used this in cooking and how?

I was curious if it can be used as a thickening agent at all for soups.

You can use it almost anywhere you would use flour.

It can be used to thicken soup, yes!
In baked goods, you can substitute half the flour for protein powder. I made cinnamon rolls with vanilla protein powder. They definitely had a "healthy" feeling to them, but they were still tasty and killed my junk food craving~

Hey thanks! I was thinking that protein powders would be similar to flour in cooking, but not completely. I will definitely check out that site!
