Stay at home Mom Looking for Motivation

I am a stay at home mom to 4 kids. I have been doing MFP for 421 days now. I had lost 20lbs and gained it all back due to stress, etc.

Just starting to get back going again. Looking for support as for the most part I am doing this alone.

My 4 kids are very active and I want to be healthy and keep up.

Right now really focusing on eating for the next month, and then slowly building up work-outs. I am trying to be a runner, I have run/walked 2 5ks, and am registered for a 10k in Feb.

Looking for people like me!

    I understand about 1/3 of what you're going through. I'm a S.A.H.D. with a 3 year old daughter. Sometimes I have to get a little creative with workouts

    I'm almost a full time stay at home mom as well to one of my two girls. Other is in school, so soon it'll be both. I work 2 days a week for a couple hrs... I have been getting up at 5AM to workout cuz otherwise it just doesn't happen. Feel free to add me if you like... I'll try to motivate and keep you accountable as much as possible! :)

    Hi! I'm a SAHM to 6 kids. My four older kids are all in elementary school during the day which helps a lot, so it's just my two year old twin boys and I at home. It's hard to get in workouts, I would love to wake up and get it done at 5 am but I love to sleep in. I've been working out in the afternoons when my little guys take their naps.
