Now that we are in the warmer months the desire to stay inside in the air conditioning is higher on people’s priorities and eating fattening cold treats are definitely on a lot of peoples minds. Simple things you can do to help with weight loss and to keep off the weight is to freeze fruits and eat the frozen fruits instead of eating ice cream. I have an app that reminds me to drink water

I also drink waters with mint in them, they are refreshing and make me feel satisfied with a drink instead of drinking something like a soda. Just cutting sugary drinks out of your diet can help you lose a lot of weight. These are the biggest offenders in most peoples diets. Don’t cut out foods you like, make conscious choices to find foods that are healthier and better for you. This is a better way to help you lose weight and keep it off. If you are enjoying the food you are eating you will be less likely to relapse and eat the junk.

Instead of driving to the corner store you can walk instead. You can take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk a few laps around the grocery store when making purchases. Try to spend more time on your feet instead of sitting down at the computer.
