Cheese fat % (m.f. / moisture content, what..?)

I'm really a noob when it comes to these things but I get fresh cheese from my deli and on the package it says "13% M.F. 50% moisture"
So I'm assuming this is pretty low-fat, and contains around 13g of fat per 100g of cheese? Is that what this means or am I completely off
I'm trying to approximate its calories etc since it's not available in the database or anywhere online because it's a polish swiss cheese (Krolewski), and all the databases are for the 20% or higher (I guess it wouldn't be that much of a difference anyways.)
Sorry for my stupidity :blushing:
