Our workouts are focused towards aerobics and we do circuit training. I need fast upbeat music.

Timbaland's Shock Value, Panic at the Disco's first CD, and Madonna's Hard Candy is a good place to start.

What age group are the other people in your group? I think that makes a big difference in the type of music you pick. You don't want some hip-hop dance music for people in their 40's and 50's.

Ok...in my mind that's about the 80's, 90's music phase. I found this website..that you can just scroll through and see if any pop out at you.

Also, I'm a fan of Rihanna Please don't stop the music, when I walk, and that We takin' over song.

Good luck! Hope you can find something in there!

I think the Jock Jams albums are great for music that pumps you up. It is a little outdated, but I'm a fan!

Check out this website it is nothing but playlists that people post, it will at least give you some ideas of things to download.
