One of the most widespread problems these days is the problem of obesity , So it requires us to face it .
Factors that lead to obesity:
Lack of exercise , eating a lot of sweets and fat and carbohydrates , and the nature of work that relies on mental effort more than physical.
here are some recipes to get rid of obesity and overweight :
1)-One teaspoon of ground ginger, one teaspoon of ground cinnamon, one cup of water. Boil the water, then add the ginger and cinnamon and then let them boil Together , drink a cup of it before each meal in 15 minutes .
2)-”Flaxseed” it looks like a sesame shape , dark brown .Teaspoon a day before going to sleep has a magical effect on the abdominal area .
3)-Green beans and zucchini, Poach zucchini with green beans and then put them in a blender until they become in the form of juice, drink a glass of it after every meal.
4)-Tummy tuck at intervals along the day, it works to tighten and strengthen the abdominal muscles .
