My daily sugar goal on MFP is 67, does this seem high to anyone besides me? I was thinking when I did this before it was like 32?

You can change your goals manually if you don't like them. That does seem like a lot of sugar to me. Last month there was an article on CBS that said that the World Health Organization is changing their daily recommended intake of sugar from 10% of daily calories to 5% of daily calories. For a 1200 cal diet, that's 60 CALORIES of sugar, not GRAMS, though. Since it is a carb, there are 4 calories/gram, so that's only 15 g of sugar a day. For a 2000 calorie diet, that's still only 25 grams of sugar. I don't know where MFP came up with 67 grams of sugar per day.0
