    read like you've never read before lol there's so much information out there that it's hard to know what's right or not...for example i read that if you read about fitness and health at least 10 minutes a day, you'll be more mindful of it...welcome to MFP, don't hestitate to ask your questions:tongue:

    Welcome. I have been on MFP for 3 months, starting my 4th. It's the best decision I have made in many years. I have lost weight with diets many times before, but it was never a lifestyle change.
