Hi, I need to add fitness friends so go ahead and send me a friend invite.

I have run a Mixed Martial Arts gym for 7 years so I have a plethora of knowledge and advice that I would like to spread.

I also like to lift weights and run.

I primarily would like to help and inspire others and that in turn motivates me.
