Need Help Getting Back on Track

I've used MFP before and lost weight. Now I need help getting motivated again. Would really like to lose 25 pounds. Would really like to have a diet buddy. Anyone else feel the same, let me know.

    I'm in the same position. I need to lose more than 25 pounds, though -- closer to 70. My cardiologist gave me a challenge and I have to lose weight and increase my endurance by the next checkup (in 4 months) or else. He is good, but very stern. Anyway, if you don't mind having a guy exercise buddy, send me a friend request.

    I've never really been one to exercise, Ken_Roper, although I know I desparately need to. As the weather improves, I hope to get into the routine of walking again, something which I used to enjoy a lot. I'm more of a calorie counter. When I did this before, my daily caloric goal was 1800. I just need to stay out of the cookies and watch my portions!
