Anyone finding this number MFP comes up with is high. I calculated mine a few different places and find MFP to be almost 300 calories higher which is affecting my weight and calories in take golas. Anyway to change this so I can put in what all the other sites say it should be?

Are you taking into account the activity level multiplier?0

a more aggressive weight loss goal will reduce calorie target, more lbs/week.0

If you mean the number that shows in your goals, that's not supposed to be your BMR. It's your NEAT (non exercise associated thermogenesis) -- or in other words what you burn during the day from daily life, but not exercise. Your BMR is just that you burn by being alive. When you tell MFP how active you are, that tells it how to calculate NEAT from BMR.0
