dubai pig out?!

I'm off to dubai in two weeks at which point i will have been on my healthy lifestyle path for 6 weeks. my question is should i try to keep to my calorie count and prob be miserable with all the holiday temptation or should i just think its only a week and eat what i like?

does the temptation of crappy food thats bad for you ever go away!!!!

    If you spend a lot of time swimming or doing other physical activities during a holiday that can really blunt the amount of damage you can do to yourself. Also the whole POINT of a holiday is to let go of all the restrictions that you place on yourself for the rest of the year. Think about it like this there's really NO damage you can do to yourself in two weeks that you can't fix in two weeks once you get back.
