bowflex revolution advice

Hi there.

In an effort to stay motivated I decided that I would try working out from home - as I've had far too many occasions where I didn't exercise based on inconvenience getting to the gym (I've also moved farther away from the gym - compounding the issue).

I have 200lbs of Olympic weights, standard bar, curl bar, and good enough Ipex bench (squatting / benching friendly). While it's not a rack, it will be a while before I start pushing myself hard enough to need one. I'm working through some injury and pain (knee and shoulder specifically, but also having issues with wrists).

I have about 500lbs of 1" plates (25s, 10s, 5s, 2.5s) a 6' bar and 3 sets of dumbell handles. (100 bucks, thanks craigslist). I'll be able to preload for rowing, as well as preload dumbells to keep pace.

Finally, because I'm working through some pain I can't really work too close to failure - so I didn't want to be without the ability to do some isolation exercises. I just can't push myself hard enough to rely on the big compound lifts. I finally settled on the bowflex revolution. While it has it's faults, I'm not relying on it as my sole piece of equipment - I'll be using it to add some volume to compliment the free weights (what I'm forced to reduce in intensity I'll try to make up for with some volume). The price was right (I got it for a fraction of retail cost through craigslist).

I did some research for using it (checked out the instructional dvd) - but was hoping to find other users who could provide some wisdom based on their experience (please no blowflex sucks get a rack responses). I looked for a forum, and literally found nothing (insane that they don't offer a product forum). Are there any revolution users out there with advice? Any good sites to check out for instruction?

Thanks!
