Ice Cream

Omg i just had so much ice cream and i indulged. I went to Carvel and had the samples for the pistachio soft serve ice cream and the salted caramel soft serve ice cream. Then i went with a junior cup of salted caramel and right after that i had a junior cone of coffee flavored soft serve ice cream. I don't know how many calories I just took in! does anyone know? also what can i do to eat right and stay away from junky and fatty foods like these?:sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad:

    My advice. Make them fit into your day. Your Health is determined by your overall diet, not individual foods. Plan your day accordingly and enjoy.

    Read this link above. One of the best things you can learn is how to moderate your food choices. Ice cream is delicious and perfectly fine. You just have to learn how to eat one portion.

    I had a whole tub of this yesterday, in one sitting:

    It was a 'healthy' choice - various micronutrients from the dairy, protein, lots of carbs to replenish glycogen and saturated fat to help boost testosterone.
    It was a 'low calorie' day for me, so I wasn't bothered by excess fat. I had cycled 12 miles already at the point and had the same again to later.
    Despite around 1000 calories from ice cream, the scales were still down.

    Yesterday I hadsome honey BBQ wings and a serving of some light ice cream, and still had like 200 calories left to fulfill my macros!!
