3 month program.

Spent the last 3 years trying to put on weight and now my knees are so bad i have to lose weight
i missed last season due to injuries and with the season coming up in August im working towards getting back on the field.
Currently sitting at 133kg (293pounds) with 24%BF and now trying to get down to 125Kg by August.
Most of my training is lifting and eating so if anyone needs ideas, help or support, my diary is pretty much open for all.
