Original recipe makes 2 servings
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
3/4 cup milk, or as needed
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
Directions
Mix together oats and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once. Add more milk or oats to achieve the desired consistency, and cook for another 30 seconds. Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon sugar. Heat through, and serve.

Thank you! This sounds/looks so good. I am always trying really hard not to give into cravings when it comes to breakfast on the weekends (I do fine during the week with nutribullet drinks) but when the weekend comes I want something...more delicious? lol so this is great.0

One of my faves I will add protein powder to bump it up too.
If you like pumpkin try it in a smoothie also: soy or almond milk, 1 banana, 1/2c pumpkin, protein powder, spices0 -
Oh I am so glad I saw this...oatmeal and pumpkin pie are my two favorite things :-) I will definitely try this...my mouth is already watering lol. Is this more of a dessert type food?0

Bookmarked!! Just got to try and get hold of a can of pumpkin puree, fairly hard to find here in stores in the U.K and would rather not pay £6/$10 from Amazon. D=0
