Low fat, high protein snacks and meals

Hey everyone,
I find it really hard to stay under my fat macro and reach my protein goals. Most days when I stay within my calorie budget, I only hit something like 30g of protein. Any ideas or suggestions for snacks and meals that are high in protein but relatively low in fat?
I would really appreciate any tips!

sorry to post the obvious- have you thought of nonfat Greek yogurt 23g of protein per cup, 130 calories, 0 fat0

Usually the 2 go together, protein with healthy fats both are good for you. Don't worry about staying under your fat macros, instead aim to stay under a certain calorie goal and eat healthy foods. That's it.0

I just bought some Watson roast beef that was low fat & high protein.

Thanks guys, and actually I always forget about greek yogurt!
I was also wondering if anyone had meal ideas. I get bored eating the same things all the time.0 -
Low fat cheese sticks
Greek Yogurt
Turkey / beef jerky
Protein bars (Quest bars and Victory are the cleanest without fillers)
Eggs whites
Whey Protein Isolates
Chicken
Tilapia fish fillets0 -
Chicken, fish, low fat cottage cheese and greek yogurt, eggs, vegetables.
If you are looking for things you can eat with lower carbs and fat but more protein, there is some stuff on doctorsbestweightloss.com that is pretty good.
I just bought some oatmeal that is really low in carbs and high in protein on there, although I haven't tried it yet. They have all kinds of stuff on there. I am partial to the fudge graham bars, they are supposed to be a meal replacement but I had one with my cottage cheese and blueberries for breakfast this morning.
Just make sure you watch the sodium on what you buy, I have blood pressure that runs on the low side, but even I am careful.0
