Burned out???

So, I took the week off of excercising because I just felt so burned out. I work 5 nights a week from 10 pm to 6 am, and am a full time mommy and wife during the day. Lately, all my motivation seems to have gone down the drain. :frown: I usually LOVE working out, but just could't seem to get myself to do it this last week. I stepped on the scale right before work today and have gained EVERY SINGLE POUND I LOST plus 1 pound back... In a WEEK! That took me 2 months to lose! I need my motivation back but at the same time, I'm so frustrated and seriously tired. I don't know what to do. HELP ME! (actually if someone could just send me the money I would make from work every week so that I could quit my job, that would be awesome!!!! )

It is probable just water weight and will go away once you start working out again. I took a break from working out and kind of experienced the same thing. I read this article about staying motivated and it said to constantly remind yourself why you are doing what you doing!!
You got this girl!!! I believe in you and am praying for you0 -

How was your eating last week? Because if you were sticking with the MFP plan, even though you weren't exercising, you'd still be at the very least maintaining your weight.
I'm sorry you gained everything back. :frown:0
