Has anyone tried a BodyPump class? I really would love to try it but think I will be in way over my head!

Do not be intimidated by these classes they are very user friendly. I know... because I take them and I work at the gym... not that it makes me an expert but I will say that the classes are the same every week... they change quarterly so you can join at any time but build... the class will be the same moves regardless of who is teaching it... and like anything... some are better than others... but there are modified moves presented. The first time I took the class I wanted to quit after 20 minutes... but I pushed through.. and the benefit of a group class vs the same at home is you are accountable...
just do it... take the class... stick with it... people have been there and they will respect you for sticking it out....0 -
I did a body pump class and it was great. I was on holidays but the class times don't fit very well with my schedule otherwise i would do it more often.0
