Do you go by how many calories the machine said you burned or MFP?

    Since I run on a track, MFP, but take the average if they are close. I would trust a (recent) machine otherwise.

    Machines or HRM... I know there is a lot of talk about this, but I figure right now I burn about 300 cals in 30 min during cardio. No matter whether I am using a machine or taking a zumba class wearing HRM... It seems to be close to that number for the same amount of effort. So I judge everything esle by that... So I know sometimes I would burn 250 and other times 400 in those 30 min, but not 900 let's say, even if MFP says so... And from everything I read on this board so far - even those numbers are still approximate :)
