Ever since I've lost around 25lbs, I am getting cold so much more! I guess I don't have that snuggly fat blanket anymore! I also keep finding that my butt hurts from sitting on something hard because of the bones showing through more! I am simultaneously very pleased and slightly nostalgic haha!

I went thru that stage where you constantly have colds and it is so annoying. But, eventually it will be gone.

It's the thing that nobody really tells you about weight loss (although if you look at some of the threads on here like 'what surpirsed you most...' that kind of thing, it comes up quite a lot!). I still find that I feel the cold a lot more than i used to but I think I'm gradually getting used to it!

I'm only just approaching a 20lb loss but I'm noticing that I'm cold ALL the time as well. It's miserable at work some days. But, I can't complain about the loss

Yes to temperature regulation issues, am always feeling cold and my tailbone's driving me nuts...found even using pillows aren't helping that much (also found out I really do have hip & collar bones, lol)

On top of that, went from taking 2 meds for hypertension to now running on the low side (today was 114/58 at MD appt)
Also told to stop the cholesterol/ipid meds and metformin and that they don't consider me to have htn, dm2 or chol/lipid issues . Have been off all meds since 9/13.

    Congratulations!

I also am always cold. And I thought I was just joking when I said it was because I lost my layers of insulation.
