Another Newbie Here

Hi, I joined myfitnesspal last week and I'm still learning my way around the site. I found it through a mention on a blog that I follow and I'm so glad that I decided to check it out. It is a great weapon to add to my weight loss arsenal.

I started making healthy lifestyle changes almost a year ago, I am not on a "diet". I decided that "diets" don't work for me. So I'm simply making changes in my lifestyle & eating habits that I know that I can live with for the rest of my life. I've lost 77 lbs. so far, and have another 70 lbs. to lose to get to my tentative goal weight. I say tentative because I have never been below 140 lbs. as an adult, so I don't really know what weight I will find comfortable and appropriate.

I hope to get to know you as we travel this road together.
