TDEE?

Hi, I calculated my TDEE on calorie counter website and it's telling me to lose 55 pounds this year I would need 1600 calories per day. This seems pretty high to me, I have my calories set to 1400 on MFP right now. I'm not really losing weight right now though, so should I try it? What are your stats and cals? Are you losing? I'm 24, 5'1 and 168 pounds right now.

The TDEE thing confuses me. lol I had to refill everything in when I restarted here last month. I'm 5'6", currently 176lbs, lost about 8lbs last month. My "lose 1lb/week" goal here is 1430 but I do about 30 minutes of light cardio daily so that's usually closer to... between 1550 and 1600. So I guess if you put that you're regularly active it has that factored in. I put in "minimal activity" since I sit here at the computer all day. :laugh:0
