Salomon Turbo X Race Sunday AM

On sunday i'm running my 2nd Turbo X race, last year I was alot fitter and 10lbs lighter. This year i'll just be glad to finish.

I started mfp last week and usually I 'carb up' before a race and i'm feeling I have no energy for the race - does anyone have any ideas on how to keep up energy levels.

There are alot of runners on this site so I hope that someone has some advice.
