Newbie

Hi everyone,

I signed up a few days ago, probably should have waited as Ive never felt less motivated.
I've only got just over a stone to loose (baby weight) and seriously need to tone up.
I'm in need of some inspiration.
I have a recurring back problem but have just got myself a back support so I can start back at the gym.
My partner is a massive gym buff, he basically lives in there but its an all mans gym so I cant use him to kick me up the bum.
My kitchen looks like a supplement shop lol but it all baffles me.
I'm desperate to get back to my old self and alot fitter.
Weight lifting is a massive obsession with me at the moment and I'm dying to get started.
If anyone fancies adding me please do, I could do with some motivation, inspiration and advise.
