Goal for the week met

Well I hit my 300 minute mark for cardio this week:-) I actually did 380 minutes of cardio. I also did at least 200 minutes of my circuit training. So the grand total of minutes working out this week is 580 minutes. Calories Burned with working out about 5100 calories for the week. Monday- Saturday. :-)

I set a goal to do 300 minutes of good cardio this week and I went over it. THis was not laid back cardio either this was challanging my body.
