Dyspraxia and hypotonia?

Hello,
I was diagnosed with dyspraxia at 22, I have always had problems with being weak but it all sort of fit into place with that diagnosis. I've seen a physio since then, who was pretty shocked at how weak my muscles are (my boyfriend playfully refers to me as 'bambi' because my muscles shake all the time when I do anything strength related).
I'm in my final year of training to be a nurse, and I've got a job to go to when I qualify but it is quite physical. I worked there for a year as a healthcare assistant and struggled with the physical stuff but LOVED the ward. I want to increase my overall strength, but could do with a little motivation that it's possible?
