Two NSVs -
Went clothes shopping for the first time in over a year - down from large tops to mediums, and down a pants size :-)
But the bigger NSV - six straight months (180 days) of logging my food on MFP! The last time I counted calories 12 years ago, I dropped weight way too quickly, hit my goal weight, and immediately stopped tracking my calories. I managed to maintain my weight for a couple of years by just exercising like a madwoman. But life happened, and I gave up. I am not making the same mistake this time - slow and steady, and I will keep on tracking!35 -
I did five sets of three pull-ups, with 25 lbs added!27

I did the big closet clean out on Friday. Literally tried on everything-one by one-and had to eliminate tons of things. Mostly pants since my hips have gone from 44” to 37”. I’m still losing, so for the rest of the summer I’m wearing crop leggings and inexpensive knit warmup crops. (I’m retired) My husband gave me some boxes yesterday, so I’ll be packing them up for charity. It’s nice to have everything organized and have it all fit! For now anyway. lol22

Bought a pair of 35 waist jeans after wearing 38 waist jeans for years. No heroic measures needed to get into those jeans.
Woot!21 -
I haven't had one of these in a while. The going-away party I went to on Saturday was rainbow unicorn themed. I wore my 14 year-old's JUNIORS size medium t-shirt. A couple of people at the party did not recognize me until I spoke.33

I no longer need my CPAP machine, I haven't used it in 3 weeks now.
Sleep apnea has completely dissapeared
I also bought "skinny jeans" at size 36 that fits me very comfortably.43 -
Went into a boutique shop to get a dress for a wedding since nothing I have fits me anymore. The shop owner was very helpful in pulling out different styles he thought would look good on me. I didn’t realize until I went to try them on that he had grabbed me smalls.....and they fit!!! It just about knocked my socks off! Haven’t worn a small since high school. May be vanity sizes but I don’t care, I bought a beautiful dress and felt absolutely amazing at the wedding for the first time in a long time.
This is my greatest NSV yet!36 -

I had my hopes up and got tested, but it only went from severe to moderate. My pressure setting is lower, but I still need the stupid thing. I guess the better diagnosis is an NSV as the less severe it is, the less likely it is I will have any of the problems that are more likely when you have apnea.18 -

Every day for you, though? Right? Still, every day a NSV! Good for you!!!!!!3 -
Just caught a reflection of my legs and thought they belonged to someone else... I have thin-ish (but still muscular) legs! As the lifetime owner of some serious thunder thighs this is a big NSV for me30

I have always thought that "vanity sizing" was much more prevalent in bigger department stores and that "boutiques" can be depressingly the opposite!15
