I tried on my size 10 jeans yesterday. They were tight, but they did zip and button up! Looking forward to making them loose!24

I was feeling kind of woe is me tonight about not being able to eat to soothe my Sunday night, start of the work week anxiety due to having already used most of my calories today. I chose not to eat more because I want this to be a day that gets me closer to the results I want, not stagnates or keeps me further away. That is a pretty big shift for me.🌟26

Finally, for the first time in my adult life I'm in my healthy BMI range 🙌 been calorie counting, weight training and getting 10,000 steps in a day for almost a year now and I'm just taking a maintenance break before I set myself a new lower goal.35

That scared the *kitten* out of me. (Is it weird that I enjoy self-censoring with my own kitten insert? LOL)
That’s an amazing accomplishment!! A1C is a major lie detector and you clearly passed! Way to go! That’s great for your health! Huge NSV!

One day last week I took my car downtown to run some errands. I would have just walked into town, but one errand needed the vehicle. After that, I parked at one end of town and did the rest on foot.
Last stop was the post office. I picked up my mail and started walking back to where I had parked in the three-hour parking area. I heard a car horn honk. Scared the excrement out of me.... It was a fellow I know who wanted to say hi. I saw him later at happy hour. I told him he'd scared me and that next time just roll down the window or open the door and say hi. He still doesn't get it, but that's just how he is.
The NSV is this: he then asked, "Where were you walking to so fast?" I told him I wasn't walking fast; I was just walking. I told him that's just my pace, and I was walking back to my car from the post office.
Just walking. ZOOOOM!

I finally had an NSV! It’s a bit cool today, so I went to put on my jeans… THREE pairs of my jeans were too darn big! Like - sloppy big! I had to dig around to find my old/smaller jeans, and slipped them on easily! Wore them all day, and was quite comfortable in them! Yay!
-19 lbs , since June 6.
Thanks for listening to me brag! 😋33 -
Got some endorphins today! Have been on a sad downward spiral of a nagging injury, depression, and overeating for 2 years. Was finally able to exercise today at an intensity to bring on that feeling of positivity and like your eyes are letting more light in and everything seems brighter. I have missed the feeling!29

Latest NSV...Clothes fitting better, am working out of my "fat" clothes, and my lap times at the pool are getting better.18

I finally got “the” NSV.
New lady joined our cardio class. Haven’t seen her since before weight loss. Said hello and she was puzzled. Told her where we knew each other from and her jaw literally dropped. It was a few seconds before she could even get the words out.
“OMG! I thought that was you! You’ve lost some serious weight!”

The other two should fit, I think they are the same size. They are the same style, just different patterns.15 -

Great NSV, but it’s looking baggy in the photo. I don’t think you’ll be in it very long!9 -
I was brushing my hair wearing a vest top and noticed I could see my collarbone…welcome back!13

That's weird. It's actually quite tight around the waistband. I tried the other one on, and it's a whole size smaller. Turns out there wasn't a third one. I'm imagining clothes lol.9 -
It’s a small nsv but, while sitting in the passenger seat of my car, I can reach into the glove compartment with my seatbelt on. I couldn’t before.18

I took a size 4 in the denim jeggings I just bought.19
