Most recent NSV: I can now wear size 6 pants never in my adult life have a ever or could I have imagined I'd actually be this small!0
-
-My close friend called me "skinny minny" this last weekend when I saw her. I'm not skinny in the least but at least I know there's a difference in how I look.
-I actually bought a belt. I haven't needed nor was able to even wear one in a long time cause my pants were 1. So tight I didn't need one and 2. Worn up over my belly so even if I wore one it would not look cute. Lol. ---I've noticed men checking me out and being overly nice now. It's a good confidence booster
-when I bought the belt I just grabbed the size I thought I was and when I went to actually wear it it was too big! Haha! That was a good feeling!0 -
Someone at work ask me are you getting skinny? I answered yes!1
-
Did unassisted wide grip pull ups for first time ever (4 reps). Took a lot to even attempt it as I've failed miserably in the past.0
-
No more muffin top on my fat pants! (Hey, gotta start somewhere.)3

I did 9 floors on a stair machine, after free weights, machines, bike and treadmill!1

Yep...it happened again. Had another guy stand behind me and tell me I had a "gorgeous heart shaped butt" Mind you I've still got probably a good 30 pounds to where I want to be, but oh that felt good.
Now...if this belly of mine will cooperate and go down at a faster rate I'd be thrilled.-1 -
Oh also adding that back before my kids I had this size 11 dress that was very body hugging and ran small. Knitted, zips up all the way, mini dress, long sleeves...used to look incredible in it.
I'd tried it for fun years ago and it wouldn't even close.
Tried it on for fun last week and not only did it close, it actually would've worked for going out with some Spanx or at least better undergarments. So that was a HUGE moral win/ego boost for me.1 -

Nice! My trainer asked "Why are your squats so shallow?" My answer was knee pain. One day I hope to do low squats too!1 -
I worked out just randomly.0

My jeans are sagging!!0

We ate out several times this weekend and I stayed within my calorie limits. For the first time in my life I didn't feel like "Oh my gosh, this may be the last time I get to eat this...".
A friend whom I hadn't seen since November asked me how much I've lost.
I couldn't figure out why my leggings seemed to be going higher and higher on my belly... apparently it's because there's less belly for it to stretch around. LOL
I've been getting dizzy here and there and I have been having a hard time figuring out why... I took my Blood Pressure, and it's quite low... I think when I go back to the doctor, she may have to lower my blood pressure medication.1 -
2 day in a row now I've walked just over 10 miles.1

This morning when my alarm went off at 5:45 to get to the gym before work, I seriously contemplated going back to sleep for another hour. But I reminded myself that another hour of sleep wasn't going to help me lose weight and I got my butt to the gym!
And my jeans I have on today fit a lot looser than they use to!2 -
had to buy a new belt!!!0

I can get my wedding and engagement rings off. And my pants are LOOSE!1

I had a serious craving for pizza and bread with meaty sauce from the local pizzaria today for lunch. I talked myself down, and am choosing to stick with my grilled chicken and brussel sprout backed lunch. Easier on the waistline and pocketbook
Its the little day to day choices that lead to success!3 -
