Ok, I have been loosing an average of 500g a week since November what I am happy with, I do not plan to up my calories

BUT

What I want to know is,

Why dose MFP tell me my BMR is 1,539 (what I need if I am in a coma as far as I understand it)
But if I set my goals why is it giving me a daily goal under my BMR? Shouldn't it stop at the BMR of a person it says I should eat 1,370 a day

From Normal Daily Activity (TDEE) is at 1,920, yes I have it at Sedentary and 0 work outs a week. As I often don't do any. I am at home all day, bringing the kids to and from school. Most of the time, I am sitting around at home... As soon as I do anything from going for a walk with the family or walking home from the kindy/school I will add that in to my exercise.

I guess what i am asking is why dose MFP let people eat under there BMR, If you are not supposed too?

I think from what I have been reading I should be abel to up my calories, I will not as I don't want to stop lossing wiaght. As what I have been doing has been working realy well.

Stats : 163cm (5 feet 4 inches) 82.1kg (181 pounds)

BMR is not a consideration in setting your calorie goal, other than it's a part of your TDEE.

Practically everyone that is sedentary and setting to lose 1 lb/week will get a target below BMR as 1.2 * BMR minus 500 will be less than BMR unless BMR is 2500 or more.

Judging from your weight loss rate you are in deficit about 250 calories per day if I remember by metric conversions correctly. If you don't strictly weigh and log everything you consume you really don't know for sure how many calories you are eating. Looks like your getting more than you think.

I'm no expert, but this makes sense to me.

Another way to think about it is, "is the person in the coma trying to lose weight?"

Some people say you shouldn't eat below your BMR. The generally accepted theory is that 1200 is the minimum recommended level for a female, to be able to get adequate nutrition. Though many here will say that is too lost for most people. MFP sets its minimum at 1200.
