Tips for Making Slim Fast Shakes

I don't use Slim Fast all the time but I have found a couple of ways to make the powdered shakes more tasty. First, I use unsweetened almond milk, which has only 30 calories for 1 cup, and I add frozen fruit or ice cubes to make it thick and creamy, blending it until the fruit or ice is completely pureed. With the French vanilla, I have used almond milk and 1 cup of frozen fruit, blueberries being my favorite. I have also mixed the French vanilla with a cup of the 50 calorie orange juice instead of using milk, adding 1 cup of ice cubes or frozen mango or pineapple chunks. With the chocolate I use the almond milk and have tried frozen strawberries, frozen banana chunks or plain ice cubes. Also with the chocolate you can add a couple of TBSP of Powdered Peanut Butter which I recently found in WalMart. One more thing, if you ever need to use Metamucil, you can add it to the French vanilla and orange juice combination. I hope you enjoy my tips.

How about leaving them on the supermarket shelves? They have more use there.0
