I am going to start doing some body weight workouts. I have been doing all cardio and I let my fitbit track that, but I am ready now to do something a bit more. I found tribesports.com beginner body weight routine that looks doable, but I have no idea how to log it. It consists of jumping jacks, russian twists, burpees, leg raises, bench dips, body weight squats, mountain climbers, v-ups (lemon crunches), 1 min plank and 1 min bridge. Thanks!

Probably circuit training or general strength training - both found under the cardio database.0

There is an app called Sworkit that has exercises like that in 30 second intervals. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but I've used it before, and it can be synced up with MFP.0
