Doctor Scales

Does anyone trust the doctor's scales? I weighed myself this morning at home and it came out at 13st 2lbs i went to the doctors about an hour later and the weight came out at 12st 9lbs, i would love the doctors scales to be accurate but which one would you trust?

Whatever scale you use the most often, track that weight.

Even if the one you use isn't 100% accurate, the changes in your weight are what's most important.

The one that you use to track your weight.

This happened to me as well. I focus on the scale at home.

If you weighed yourself on your own scales every hour for 12 hours, you would probably get 12 different weights. If you weighed yourself on 12 different scales you would probably get 12 different weights. If you weigh yourself at home without clothes, then an hour later at the doctor's office, fully clothed, different weights. So, as others have said, use your own scale, weigh at the same time each time you weigh, and with the same clothes, or lack thereof.

Considering my doctor's office doesn't even require me to take off my shoes, let alone my clothes, I trust my home scale.
