Need help with a 800 calorie plan

I recently had a sleeve a in Feb. and I'm having trouble eating enough calories. I usually only get between 550 and 700. I know everyone's doctor has different guidelines so here are the one I am restricted to by him or myself.
1) I usually eat 6 times a day.
2) I eat between 3 and 5 oz per meal. That is all that will fit in my stomach at this time. believe me, I've tried larger amouts and could not finish because my stomach was full
3) Max per serving ( not meal) of: total fat=5g.
4) total sugar=10g
5) keep daily amounts of sodium and cholesterol low
6)no refridge or heating needed.
7) no seafood or fish of any kind.
8) I need to have between 60 and 80 protein per day.
Thanks. I hope to be up to 800-1000 calories a day and maybe 4-6 oz per meal in another month.

Maybe a protein powder would help? Just have one of your "meals" be a smoothie with protein in it. That should help raise calories some as well as protein. I don't know what else...that's a low calorie intake, seems too low, but I don't know about 'sleeves' so maybe that's what's required. I don't have much more to offer, but maybe your doctor should recommend a nutritionist to help you out with this.0

Talk to your Dr. This is site is for normal weight loss not a post surgery regime. Good luck!0
