Just stumbled across this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/markets-of-meijer-idaho-russet-potato-78048457

You can either say you consumed 1 potato... or 1 bag of 15 potatoes.

Yes, MFP, I had 15 potatoes for lunch. Thanks.

    you missed this part:

    * = Nutritional information provided by another MyFitnessPal member

So thank the member who entered that!

I always I like the '1 strip, medium' option for raw carrots. I wouldn't bother with a strip, but also, who is to say what constitutes a medium strip?

I thought you didn't need to eat anyway.

If whatever I'm logging doesn't have a package with nutritional information, I always put "USDA" after whatever it is...alleviates this issue.

Sorry to bring this up again, but I added lemongrass to my evening meal today and one of the 'lemongrass raw' entries has only 1 cup as a serving size. Mmm, a cup of lemongrass
