flabby skin after weight lose!

I just got 55kg from 65kg and I have always had flabby arms!
by this reduction one good thing happened and that is my flabby arms got toned a bit but still there are some loose skins bothering me! i do some pushups but nothing happening :( help!

    push ups are more for your chest then arms, for you arms try bicep curls and tricep extensions. try a google search for bicep/triceps workouts. they might yield better results. also results arent going to happen overnight, plan on at least 6 weeks to see improvement.
