Best HRM/ way to track calories burned!

Hey all,

Looking for some advice from you wonderfully knowledgeable folks.. i'm looking to really accurately measure my calories burned from here onwards whats the best device for this? Reasonably priced would be brilliant but I'm looking for accuracy to get me over my stale mate that me and my muffin top are currently in! :)

Thanks all

bodybugg/bodymedia fit is the most accurate thing on the market, you get what you pay for, everything else isn't very accurate tbh

Well, a heart rate monitor will be pretty accurate for your running. They are worthless for strength training (not sure there is anything on the market accurate for strength training).

If you are going to get one, get something like the Polar FT4 and only use it for steady state cardio activities. That is the ONLY thing they are good for.
