Staring over again.

High everyone,
My name is Vicki and I'm starting over again hopefully I'll stick with it this time. I am looking for some friends to keep me on the right track when I start to wonder away.
My new goal:
To do my food and exercise dairy daily
To exercise on my elliptical for 1 hour a day for 6 days a week with one day of rest
To lift weights and work my abs three days a week
To lose at least .5 lbs a week
Not to gain any more weight
And to find friends to who will keep me on track
I have 50 lbs to lose so if you need a friend please consider adding me hopefully we'll be able to help each other out.
