Needing some advice! I'm in the 6th week of my first cut EVER and I'm wondering if I should stop here and start increasing my cals up to maintenance starting at the beginning of the new week OR should I suck this up for another 4 weeks to make an even 10? My goal is to shave off some body fat (not really lose weight) so I can tack it back on and possibly gain more in lean mass. I'm seeing some changes that I like but I'm also a very hungry gal lol . what do you think?
