Hi everyone, I heard that calcium can be good for weight loss.
Is there any truth to this?
And if there is, what are good low-fat calcium options?

I don't know about weight loss, but not developing osteoporosis is a good reason to ensure enough calcium intake
Low-fat dairy (cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt) is a good source of calcium. There are calcium supplements that come in a chewable form that will have 30-50% of your RDAI of calcium and Vitamin D.0
