My daily indulgence

Dark Chocolate and berries. I eat them every single day. I love 90% Dark Chocolate by Lindt and have two squares with a half cup of berries for dessert every evening. It's about 150 calories but it really keeps me on track. The chocolate doesn't have a ton of sugar but it's just enough sweetness with the berries (blueberries, blackberries and sometimes strawberries or raspberries) to satisfy my need for a treat. It has become a nightly ritual now. But I notice I am not nearly as tempted to overeat if I know I have my chocolate ahead of me.

What are your little indulgences or tricks that help you stay on track?

    I eat ice cream for breakfast. Except for today, because when my legs are crying after the gym tonight, they're gonna need some ice cream. In my tummy, not on my legs.
