Back again, need friends!

This is my third time with a MFP account, and this time I'm going to stick to it. Tonight I over ate on Chinese food and I knew I shouldn't but I did it anyways..I feel bloated and sick. Sick with shame. I am so out of control!

Okay quick background info about me: My heaviest was 270 pounds. ( 2008)
My lowest: 125 ( 2014)
My Current weight is: 138 ( as of two nights ago)

Obviously I've gained weight, and it's happening pretty fast..in the past 2 months I've gone from 125 to 138 and I'm determined to put a halt to the gain and just stick to maintaining. I don't want to be 125 again, I'm happy in the 130's ( hello awesome curves)

Can anyone help me get back on the wagon? I need all the motivation I can get! please friend request me/message me
